I did not tip at any point in my first club visit, but occasionally, I'll run into a girl that's so amazing or worked so hard, I just gotta tip. Always carry ones; not necessarily to check out the girls on the stages for potential dances later (though there is that), but just to give a little boost to a lady that really made your night. That's just IMO.
