I drove by around 11 pm Sunday night and it looked open to me. There were several cars and a few people in the parking lot.

WillMunny: Thanks for the info! The vip is still in the glass cubicles and I was told that it us $40 for 30 minutes and dancers were asking for $100 to $150! Now I know to agree with jmiddle 30324!

Roadworrier: Agreed! It's a major turnoff! I have tried to explain that to dancers for years but evidently the money that I spend isn't enough to convince them. I never could understand why a dancer would come to the club to hang with other dancers or do anything other than at least try to make money.

Club Blaze on Moreland Avenue is my choice in Atlanta but because I drive a truck over the road sometimes I just can't get there. If I am stuck on Fulton Industrial Blvd I go to Fannie's which is next to Babe's.

I have visited the club twice over the past two weeks. Dancers said $25 & $30 for their dances which are fully clothed or sometimes topless but with pasties.

Babes has been going downhill for years now. It seems everytime that I go in there the dancers are in the dressing room or glued to single person. I liked it a lot better with the high chairs instead of the low seats but which aren't really all that comfortable to get a dance in. As far as air dances that could be because of the area no longer being unincorporated Fulton County but is now a city and the club may simply be complying with law & code enforcement.

The club needs to drop the price for regular dances & the vip. The dancers at this club always seem to be hiding in the dressing room or just sitting around as if they are mad about being there.

I have complained about the hygiene of the talent before. I guess my telling the door guy and commenting on the club's Facebook page didn't do much good.

Those women standing outside are working for law enforcement. If someone agrees to a date with them the police will hold you in one of the rooms at the Super Inn until a Fulton County bus comes to get you. I have seen that happen before.

I have been to the Pink Slip a few times for the dayshift and only went in once at night. I don't think that I will go back on night shift. Too much of at young persons nightclub for me. I only say one dancer doing a a dancer a customer who was standing in the hallway to the downstairs club area. Also I drive a truck myself and take a taxi over to those clubs. The cab drivers have said it really isn't the best area to walk in after you get away from the clubs. Generally $10.50 for a taxi plus a tip if you like but they are so busy that you have to call an 30 minutes before you are ready to leave the club and it still may take an hour to show. Had to pay an independent taxi service $20 after a no show & waiting over an hour in freezing temperatures.

A dancer just told me about this club. She said it was whatever you want in the club.

I keep wondering about that myself! The Dothan area stripclub scene has gone way downhill from the early 90's to what we have today. Then it was $5 for topless lapdances with grinding & one way contact to $20 for air dances with almost no contact now. Columbus,Georgia is worse.

Columbus,Ga (the 2nd largest city in Georgia) does undercover raids on the clubs quite often and will arrest dancers on the spot for any bs reason. A dancer is subject to arrest if flashes, gets nude, or grinds on a customer.

My one visit to this club I took a 1 mile taxi ride there from the truckstop and walked back. Nothing bad happened but I don't recommend walking in that area.

The $5 dances at Candi's Cabaret are the best that I have found outside of Atlanta. I actually started paying extra because most of the dancers were friendly & open to conversation.

Considering how dead the club was I guess quite a few people agree with your sentiment

As many stripclubs that I frequent I wish I knew if I had ever met you.

You're right! I had a good time on my earlier visit Friday night but when I left and came back a few hours later the dancers mostly ignored me and avoided me when I asked for dances. I'm going to boycott this place for a bit.

Update: I went back to the club around 2am of this same night but should have stayed away. I was ignored by all but 2 of 10+ dancers in the club. Tipped the dancers on stage and asked for dances when they got off the stage but when they got off stage the dancers were hugged up with the security detail and several customers were being ignored. I should've known better than to give Fannie's a positive review when more often than not my experience at this club are subpar.

Babes has gone way downhill but to be fair some of that may be due to the fact that the area is no longer unincorporated Fulton County but has now become a new city called South Fulton. The owners of the clubs in that area may fear a crackdown as clubs are often targets for political stunts.

I agree with you when you said that the dancers just sit around at this club because I had the same experience the last 2 or 3 times that I have been there. That is one of the most irritating things at a stripclub club and really turns me off from spending money.
