    "Hey, Joe!"
I'm amazed that the dancers remember faces as much as they do. Two weeks ago, I was at my favorite club and I tip a dancer at the stage. She asks me "Don't I know you from somewhere?" And I start thinking "Oh s***! I might be busted here... Where would I know her from?" Once she tells me her stage name, I breathe easier. Turns out she's just moved from another club that I haven't been to in almost a year. She cut her hair short, so I didn't immediately recognize her. At her old club, she performed two or three very enjoyable dances for me about two years ago. And we probable talked once or twice before that. But that's it for the contact. I'm still amazed she remembered my face.

    The DJ Sucks!
If I recall correctly, Monday’s are 2-for-1 dance nights are Ritz. And they definitely clip the songs short. That turns the whole visit into more of a hassle than an incentive to club on a slow night. I’ve been to Ritz twice (Mon & Thur) and don’t feel the need to go a third time. I much prefer other clubs in town.

OK, just in case CD911 isn’t trolling. “The Block”: An infamous group of clubs in Maryland (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Block,_Baltimore) located along two city blocks of East Baltimore Street between Commerce Street and Gay Street. (No bs on the street names.)

The secret to getting to GGC from northbound 895 is to make an immediate right turn at the bottom of the ramp before you get to the Royal Farm store. Then make another right onto Erdman Ave. And then a third right immediately after that. (The third right is directly underneath the green Interstate directional sign.) After crossing the bridge, the club is on the left before you reach the stoplight. Much easier than trying to make those left turns crossing US40/Pulaski Hwy.

    What a surprise!
I was at Christina's about a month ago and noticed that some dancers had wrist bands while others didn't. The dancers explained that she paid an extra fee for the right to sell LDs that night. The wristbands indicate who may sell LDs. So depending on the dancer and the particular night, "I don't do LDs" may easily be a completely honest answer. And over many visits for the past several years, I've noticed that selling LDs here is very low key. Half the time I have to ask for a dance.
