Good review. Yeah, I've been there a few times at off hours like this, and it's terrible. It's like they don't expect anyone to be there and the lack of service is intended to drive you away until later. My advice? Go to Savannah's only after 8 pm on Wednesday through Saturday nights. In fact, the later the better.

You can touch if you go for the VIP dance, which is $150 for 30 minutes. Not nude, though, and you’re on camera, so be careful what you touch!
