If you take a careful look at the new statute, the definition of prostitution is very broad and covers most of what the Tuscl readers would consider reasonable &quot;extras&quot;.&nbsp; If fact any touching of the genitals with the sexual stimulation as the objective is technically prostitution under the House version of this stature.&nbsp; It strikes me that (a) the statutes have given vice cops broad discretion to harass the performers and their customers, (b) whatever &quot;consideration&quot; strip club owners have provided these public servants will likely increase and (c) this increased cost of doing business will be passed onto the customer.&nbsp; Remember we're in RI gentlemen.<br type="_moz" />
