I lived in Portland for 12 years, then moved away last summer. I've lived all around this country and visited strip clubs in many states. For Portland (and Oregon in general) the up side is that the vast majority of clubs are full liquor and full nude, which can't be said for many Western states. The down side is that any establishment that has a liquor license won't give lap dances. The best they can do is a minimal contact table dance. For my tastes, I would rather skip the booze and get a true grind lap dance. Sadly, this is difficult to find even in the juice bars around Portland, like Jiggles. There, it really depends on the girl, and you might have to spend a pretty penny to get what you want. However, if visiual stimulation is what's important to you, Portland might indeed be your Mecca. Yes, some of the small neighborhood places might have only 2 or 3 average-looking dancers, but the medium and larger size places have some real cuties. And while they can't really touch you physically, they can sure leave an impression!
