I guess it also depends on whether they receive income "off the clock" with OTB's, private parties, escorting, and such. If you include that stuff, I would say that it is very possible and plausible that the top girls in the right clubs clear over 100k.
Throw in that they probably have guys buy them clothes and gifts, there are probably a few girls that can live "lavish" lifestyles during the peak of their careers.
A million dollar dancing girl could have been achieved and still can be achieved. If the girl kept herself in great shape, has been doing it for 15 or more years, and earned above average dancer pay with some exceptional years thrown in.
However, the majority of girls do not have the ability to consisently break into the 100k club.

Thanks for the links to prior discussions. Anyway, strange thing happened to me the other night. I got a few laps from a dancer at a club. It was very crowded and somewhat hot in the club. I went with jeans and commando again.
I did not release, but during the beginning parts of the 4th song, the girl thought I did. My crotch area was slightly damp but not due to what she must have thought. I am pretty sure it was a combo of sweat, her wetness, and maybe a little pre-juice. She didn't really flip out, but she asked me if I came. I told her no, but she did not believe it I guess, she kinda stayed away from that area and didn't ask me if I wanted another dance....oh well.

I guess it really depends on the place and the girls and how many people you are going with. I like going to the Player's Club in Baltimore and you can bring any type of drinks. The girls there will drink with you, so you should bring enough to share. Some girls prefer beer, some prefer liqour. If you are going with 2 or more friends, I suggest a bottle of vodka (goose or belvedere), and beer that is not too dark (no guiness).
If you are going solo or with just one friend, I would just say you bring a couple different types of beer. Obviously, you want to bring drinks that you like, but also the more you let the girls enjoy themselves, the more enjoyable things will be for you as well. You should be able to tell which girls are going to be fun, and which ones are there just to gobble up the free drinks.
