I was in Cincinatti on a Wednesday for work and crossed the river to check out the limited club options for the area. The Brass Bull was like no other club I had ever been in before. It had a storefront entrance on the street with some old signs in the windows. When I walked in there was just a large well lit empty room with no signs that the club was open or anyone was there. I finally way made my way to the back of the place and found the actual club. This place is a time capsule inside a time capsule. Seems like parts of it MIGHT have been updated in the 80s, but other than that it looks like it has not changed since the 70s. The club was very dead. There was a raised area over to the side that had a customer and a dancer hanging out, and there was one other dancer at the bar. I believe the beers were about $6 for domestic, but I could be wrong. The other dancer eventually went with another customer leaving the club pretty empty with nothing even playing on the jukebox. Eventually one of the customers at the bar put something on the jukebox. The vibe of the place was quite depressing and eventually I bailed when I realized there were only the 2 dancers. I can't comment on the quality of the dancers or dances, beause I was unable to get any. Writing this review to save anyone else who is passing through some time. Avoid this place.

I was in town for work and looking to kill a little time in the afternoon, so decided to try out P84. The location was a little odd, but not that hard to find. Off a smaller side street in the middle of no where. I am sure the locals have no issues, but I was starting the question my GPS. No cover charge to get it, and the door guy gave me a quick pat down. No cover to get in. The club was cavernous, and freezing cold. There were not a lot of dancers at the time I went, which only made the club feel more empty. The club has obviously spent a lot of money on the feel. There was a dome above the main stage which was had lighting that was in sync with the down lighting on the bar. The fact that I noticed this should be as much of a compliment of the effort put into the lighting as it is a statement of how little of interaction I had with the dancers. Could have been the time of the day, but only 2 of them came over to me. One sat around and drank with me for a while, but then went up to stage and never came back as her food delivery showed up. There was a latin dancer who came by, but had pretty poor english skills. She was able to fill me in on the dancing prices, which were done in a semi private area. They were 3/100. A few $8 coors lights, and a few very low contact dances and I was on my way. I am sure the club is totally different at night, but it was not a bad way to kill some time on a Tues afternoon if your expectations are not too high.

I was in town for work and decided to have some drinks here on a Monday night. The place looks pretty dumpy from the outside, but don’t worry. It is truth in advertising. I payed a $5 cover, and went directly to the bar for a beer. Coors were $6. This place definitely has a dive bar feel. You have to go on the other side of the bar to see the dancers. There were 3 stages, but only one was used when I was there. The night I was there all the dancers where thin white chicks. The dancers were all pretty cute. Which was surprising. The decor says “expect c section scars and meth teeth”, so it was a present surprise. There were 3 dancers and long pauses between them when anyone got a dance. The chairs were amazingly uncomfortable. I was dressed in a button down shirt and jeans, and was way overdressed for the place. Most of the dancers were busy with locals, or must have assumed I was a cop. I stayed for a few drinks, but bailed after I realized no dancers were going to come my way. Maybe try a different night, but for me I would just try a different place.

I have a milestone birthday coming up and looking for some recommendations on cities that have couple friendly topless or nude clubs and a good restaurant scene. New Orleans, Dallas, Austin, and Philly are already contenders…
