This means you are most likely to get it from some young dancer that recently contracted it herself. The author also greatly underestimates the prevalence of Herpes. HSV-1 (oral) is present in over 85% of people by age 50! HSV-2 is present in 22% of people. Even more alarming is that the HSV-2 infection rate is 46% in Blacks. Given all the people living boring lives with limited numbers of sexual partners, what do you think the odds are of the dancer offering you extras not having herpes?<br /> <br /> About 2/3 of the people with both types of herpes have no symptoms, but they can still give you herpes if they are shedding.&nbsp; <br type="_moz" />
