I've gone through many before finding an ATF or two. My biggest complaint is many of the girls don't keep a regular schedule. They just come in when they have bills to pay I think. :(

RE the club home page, first visit is $20 which gets you a "VIP card" good for a year. Then with the card, cover is $10.

Cover is $20 the first time, $10 afterward, and I think half price for active military. Gets you two bottled waters, sodas and/or coffees, (and a limited menu free lunch noon-5PM). Red Bull $4. No alcohol per State law. First song on stage is (eventually) topless. Second song is nude. Two songs per set, chosen by the girl, about 2-1/2+ min ea. LD are $20, with a 5 dance minimum in the VIP, which is a ~ bikini dance, usually with some contact. Icebox private rooms are $100 to the club, $300 to the girl, plus tip, for 30 min. Mileage varies considerably, depending on the girl. Of course, with all these honest answers @desertscrub always thinks everything is from club staff. Sorry to disappoint, just the facts from a long time patron.

Number of dancers during the day shift runs from about 10 to 40-45 but the high number is kinda rare, depending on if rent/bills are due LOL. More like 20-25ish, with ages running the gammit from 18 to the 50's, white, latina, and a few black ladies, and ranging from extremely thin to a bit thick, and mostly enhanced but some natural. They roll in starting at noon, peaking around 2-3 and start leaving if it's a slow day and/or they have to pick up kids from school. The girls make the rounds to get tips to pay their house fee, and of course the bartenders deserve tips also.

The number of dancers that show up range from 10 to 40+. Must have something to do with what bills are due or how much they made the previous few days.

Icebox price was recently increased to $100 to the club, and $300 to the dancer, who tips out 20% of that to the staff.

They have break songs between stage sets when all the girls are busy in the VIP or iceboxes, or have just finished a set and are taking a break.

Free lunch from noon-5PM allthough not that great. Delivered from the bar nextdoor. You get what you pay for LOL. Overall my fav in town without driving to TJ.

Comparing any San Diego club to TJ is ludicrous. SD rules make it very difficult to provide the mileage of TJ.

The mileage varies considerably in the icebox, just as in the VIP rooms. Depends on who you choose to spend your time with.

Yeah the number of girls seems to peak around 2-3PM. Lately on the day shift there have been around 35 or so girls. The problem is most stay in the back dressing room and chat so when you come it you only see a "handfull" LOL. But with 35 girls and only 10-15 customers the odds are pretty good to snag a fav. Some start leaving around 4 if there are only a few customers.

The tip rail is set back due to local code when there is nude dancing. The iceboxes are ~private rooms where you give $50 to the club and $300 to the dancer for 30min rather than a per song price in the VIP rooms in the back at 5 shortened songs for $100. But there are cameras everywhere so it's not totally private LOL. Yeah Thurs-Sat nights can be really busy so not so much attention from dancers. I don't like the hard sell anyway. I'll find them if I see someone I like. And Marty I get accused of writing club ads so don't feel singled out. I just like the club more than others in San Diego.

35 girls showed up on day shift the other day, for about 10 customers, many of which were not buying dances (campers). The girls left after a couple hours.

P.P.S.> About 20 new girls so far, most very young, spread out on both shifts. The unemployment cash must have run out LOL. We'll see how long they last...

First of all, thanks for the multitude of detailed comments. I wasn't expecting that. Comments on your comments, not to be confrontational, just relating to this area. I was speaking of most of the girls, not just my ATF. Likely true in our club: COVID fears Less travel Loss of income (or less income) - much lower tips might reflect that Gone to other States - I know of 2 girls that left Anemic dayshift - yeah, my original complaint OTC work - Yes by some, which got them fired . Not as likely but anything's possible: Club just sucks - Not a premier club but the best in the area Dancers let themselves go - I only know of one but surely there are more so they didn't return. Poor talent - those that came back are fine, plus lots of new girls Changing demographics - color me clueless CA COVID mandates - none right now that affect this small club Price increases - prices haven't changed License fees - yes, expensive but there are still plenty of girls if/when guys show up Change of music - no change in music or DJs. . The receipt gets you two of bottled water, coffee or soda, and a free lunch. But be nice and tip! The divider is a local ordinance requiring a 6ft separation. First stage song is topless and second is nude. There is no third song in the set. Dancers range from 18 to 50+ with most being in their 20's. There seem to be new girls every week. Not all girls that are interviewed get hired. The number of girls varies WIDELY from day to day, with no real pattern except when rent is due LOL.

P.S. I guess I spend too much time there. Rich scolds the dancers almost every time I am there. :)

@JamesSD - thanks. Many of the reviews get complaints from moderators that the level of detail was lacking, so I aimed to avoid that LOL. I guess I went too far but was only trying to do a favor for the readers. :)

Sadly I don't travel much any more so I only visit one club, the one I like best. :) Hence no reviews. I wanted to publish a more complete review than those from some that only visit once or twice and get a bad impression. YMMV. Otherwise I just comment from time to time if I see an error. Too bad most of my favs have left the club during COVID. Cheers!

@Desertscrub - I've been going there for 20+ yrs off and on. Started back when the club was totally different and had a pool table. Seen many dancers come and go. Not affiliated with management. Don't work or dance there. There is not one bit of fake news in my review. What don't you believe?

P.S. Drinks after the first two are $4. Credit cards are not accepted except if you use them for cash advances at the ATMs.

No you can't take off your shorts. There are night-vision cameras in all areas that are monitored constantly. You'll get stopped immediately.
