We were charged $100 for 3 songs, for both of us. Same as an individual would be charged. Seems fair to me, it’s her time we are paying for. I don’t understand upcharging couples and we generally don’t participate if that’s what is offered.

Yes, the booth charge is separate. I did not time the songs with a stopwatch. They could have been 3 minutes long.
