King of Diamonds Reviews

Taking one for the team
Where to begin? Since there has been a lot of posts on Instagram advertising the New Diamond Club looking for dancers, etc I assumed that they were taking the King of Diamonds and rebranding it as the Diamond Club with a new day shift. I knew that the owner of this club owned the old Diamond Club, Vivide and a couple of other Atlanta clubs. But I got it wrong except for the ownership. I arrived around 1:30PM to and almost empty parking lot. I parked near what I thought was the front door bur the doors were locked and well as 2 others. Great! I wasted my time. About that time 2 other guys arrived and I was told by them that the entrance to the Diamond Club was down at the other end of the building closest to the street. So I walked down. I entered the door way and the door guy told me it was $5 entry and the club was upstairs. I had the choice of taking the elevator or walking up 2 flights of stairs. I chose to walk. I wanted to test myself after a heart attack last April. No pat down. No problem walking up. Nice well kept medium sized room. Just a bar tended and 2 guys sitting at the bar. No dancers. The bar is rectangular shaped and can probably seat about 30 people. To the right were curtains that blocked off the view to the below floor. The other sides of the room and booths and high top tables in the middle. The was a small stage to the left of the bar. I took seat at the bar and got the low down from the bar tender. She was a bar tender at the old Diamond club and is currently a night bar tender at Vivide. So she was well versed in the Atlanta club scene. She said there were dancers on the way and explained things to me. There are actually 2 clubs under one roof. The new Diamond Club is on the second Floor and it opens at noon Mon-Sat and closed on Sunday. The KOD still occupies the ground floor and doesn't open until evening and is open 7 days at week. You cannot go down stairs without exiting the building and going down to the other entrance. Didn't see a DJ but the music was rap and played at a decent level. The bar tender told me that a car wash was planned and VIP rooms were going to be available. I remarked that the City of Forest Park did nor allow that and she said the owner had connections. I asked where were the VIP rooms and she pointed to a cat walk on the left side of the bar. I went and took a look. The cat walk went out to a platform overlooking the KOD downstairs. It had several tables and couches and resembled a communal Lap dance rooms like in some other clubs. She told me that the plans were to use curtains like at Vivide. She left the room to go meet a dancer down stairs and while she was gone I was joined by a pretty white dancer named Francois. A little small in the chest but I would rate her a sold 8. Things were looking up. I knew I wanted to sample her dances. After some chit chat we moved over to one of the couches. What a disappointment. First song was about 2 minutes long, clothes stayed on and basic air dance with her back to me. She asked if I wanted a second one and I asked if the clothes were coming off and she said yes. She did take them all off but it was again a 2 minute air dances with her back to me. No body contact at all. I thanked her, paid the $20 for 2 dances and left the club. In conclusion I guess it has potential if they can get more dancers and get the VIP going like Onyx. Times are tough. Would I go again? MAYBE!
Huge and Glorious, very Instagrammable!
First review! Let me start off the review by saying, this club is HUGE! It’s Literally the size of a large warehouse. I’ve been to KOD Miami and I think this location might be bigger. With that said, its a very large, make It rain, social media encouraged club. It’s super big it’s almost intimidating. I attended on a Friday night and we walked in at about 1130, which of course I knew would be a make It rain hour, but I was in make It rain mode because I was going with a bachelor party for my homeboy, so I was ready! What I didn’t expect was how nice the club was. Like it’s legit one of the nicest strip clubs I’ve ever been in. Logistics: You walk in the front door and can go either up a ramp left or right. Once you get in past the entrance split, It opens up to a large ground floor. The club is two large levels, the first level has multiple bars and several stages on either your left or right if your facing the back of the club and there is one large stage in the center. Bathrooms in the back by the stairs for the second level. On the second level there is a large bar and a couple sections upstairs along with a catwalk to a VIP area. Oddly enough I noticed the second floor is probably larger than most clubs (It may be bigger than Platinum and old Follies). Dancers: I do have to say, like KOD Miami, they have some top notch dancers! Like these are the professional strippers, pole work, dance routines, etc. lots of big butts and big boobs, of course, some were surgically enhanced, but most the the dancers I saw looked natural. Every shade of brown was to be seen, and I was surprised I saw some diversity as well. Lol. Chatted It up with a Fillapina, who was super cool, real small petite spinner, i know she’d be a favorite by a lot of the gents on this board. She was young too, i think she said 20. I also got a dance from a white girl that was an easy 9 and was maybe a year of Invisalign away from being a 10. She had the Best buns I’ve seen on a WG in years. This spot Really has OnlyFans/IG model type of dancers. I think I saw one Latina dancer, but never got close enough to see what she was working with. My guess is 95/98% black dancers with a sprinkle of others. Most of the staff was cute too, all the bottle girls and bartenders were nice, some maybe former dancers themselves. But like I said every shade and size of brown you could think of. I chatted up two of the black dancers and they were both very cool! One i talked for at least an hour, we chilled and drank at the bar upstairs. She was not in a rush, or hurried me for a dance or anything. Real chill vibes, we exchanged numbers for OTC link up so we’ll See how that goes. Prices: As stated above, I was with a bachelor party so some of the costs were already taken care of. Entry was free for us since we had a table, but I did notice parking was free. I think one of the girls told me on Friday nights parking is free for everyone. Not sure how much entry was, but I’d assume the standard $20-$40 for entry. We had s couple bottled, but I did buy some beers and a drink for a dancer. Prices were a little high. I think my Heineken was $8 and a mixed drink was $13-15. I can’t recall the exact price because I ordered food too. I was getting a little too twisted so decided to eat something before my night went to hell. The Food was decent, but It did take a long time to get. Catfish nuggets and fries was $14 I believe. A little high but not high enough to avoid. Dances: So apologies gents, I will have to assume the prices were $10/song. Since I was chatting up one of the dancers, I don’t recall how much I gave her. She wasn’t counting songs, so I took out about 40-50 ones and she was fine with that. But i know she did more than 4 songs. A couple of my homeboys threw tips on her too, so I’m sure she did OK from just us. The table dance with the WG we’re all sponsored. Lol, so my boys were making It rain on her. So I didn’t pay anything for her dances. All dancers were standard air dances with the exception of the girl I kicked It with. She allowed my hands to roam, but didn’t return the favor, so no stick shifting or serious grinding. I doubt the women here let you do much, I guess they don’t have to. I don’t recall seeing any VIP booths for private dances, but I could have missed them. I would highly doubt many extras could be had here, and if you get lucky to find one that’s down, you’d certainly be charged a premium. Cons: unless you’re on the south side, it’s a bit of a drive. We left a bar in midtown and had the equivalent of about 5-6 cars making the 20 minute drive. So if you are drinking I’d for sure Uber or Lyft here. For such a big club the bathroom was kind of small and the parking lot was also small. I had trouble getting out of the lot when I left because of the traffic for folks coming in. All in all this is a very nice club, one that’s perfect for bachelor parties or if you in a mood to feel like you’re in music video. But I wouldn’t even think to come during daytime or even solo here, I’m not sure you’d have much fun.
