Monte Carlo Is a Solid Club for What It Is. Know Before You Go.
TL;DR - If BYOB After Hours Strip Clubs are Your Thing, Have a Look. Watch Your Back. Post COVID lockdown in June 2020. No masks required at the time of visit. May have changed.
