After frequenting Ricks and Cheerleaders, I decided to go back to Rhinos to check out if the scene has improved. I am happy to report that it is a solid choice in Pittsburgh. The location is safe, surrounded by warehouses and some commercial properties. Casino and Pirates/Steelers stadiums are nearby....
