This place is right off a two lane highway about 2 mins from Exit 18 on I87. Easy parking. You ring a bell and someone greets you at the door and walks you to the front desk. Entry is $25 but if you check the specials on the website, they have deals that usually include free entry one night a week if you say the password. You still have to buy a drink for $6 which you can get at the “bar” just past the desk. After that, walk around the desk and immediately in front of you is the “up close and personal” pole with about six seats. Beyond that is the main area with some two seater couches and single seats by the stage. Behind you is the bathroom. Further in are the LD rooms. I got there around 8:45 and there was only one other PL in the place. I think my arrival prompted them to restart the stage show. You get “singles” from the front desk. It’s like Monopoly money. The girls here tend to be on the younger, college age side with maybe some in their early 30s. Various GND types and nice enough attitude. About five girls working while I was there and a couple I was tempted to have a dance with. But, I opted out this evening. There are two tiers of pricing for dances of various lengths. One tier includes the tip, the other doesn’t. For example: 10 mins is $50 or $75. Seems a little over engineered to me. Be warned though, that if you get one of the deals that doubles your time or gives you time and a half, the girls will expect the same tip as if you paid full price. If you do decide to go here, check the website first. Then, temper your expectations.

I used to go to the Moon as a regular for one of the girls. So barely paid attention to anyone else. Well she is semi retired and I decided to take a trip back to the Moon. Entry fee is $25 and you get 2 free drinks. I had also saw you can trade in the 2 drink tickets to offset costs for a 5-10 minute dance. They had about 4-5 girls working. The place itself was pretty dead. Had a few customers at the stage when I got in. I honestly don't remember all the names. Ivy stood out to me. Golden brown complexion, raven dark hair and a great body. They also had Pumpkin who I've seen before. Nice body but A cups. There were a couple of other girls working but again no one that really made a lasting impact. At one point the stage was empty for about 10 minutes as girls were either doing privates or just not dancing. Rooms are cheaper than Smiles I'm Poughkeepsie. They offer 5 minutes for 35, 10 for 65, 20 for 95, 30 for 135 and 45 for 165. They also were doing the manager special where you can get time and a half on the dance. I eventually took Ivy for a private 20 minute dance. She gave a good grind dance. Nothing out of the ordinary happened but let me hands roam. They have cameras here so really up to the girls how raunchy the dance can get. Overall it was okay for a Sunday and fit the need for the night. I had also been on a Friday night a few weeks back. But didn't stick around that long. The talent was better on a Friday but the club was still dead.

This review is from a month ago. I arrived around 1 am. Parking was almost full but was able to park behind another car on the driveway without blocking traffic. not ideal ... as you get to the door, you have to ring a bell and the staff will let you in. There is a small board with different options: customers can pay for entry fees only which come with 2 non alcoholic drinks or add some combinations of dances to the entry fees. I should have chosen one with 2 dances as it seems that the dances are cheaper when one pays at the door versus later. others can confirm... it was my first time there, so I thought I would get in first and see what's going on. I believe I paid $40 and was given 2 tickets that I used to drink 2 red bulls. there were more than 10 girls and a decent customer attendance (around 15). A couple, a dude and his girlfriend/wife, were chatting with a dancer on the small stage straight in front on the entrance when you walk in. others were seating in front of the main stage and tipping girls or watching. stage dances were boring for the most part. I was there for around an hour and only one girl danced nude on stage with the others running the clock to get off stage asap. it seems that most of the interest and action is in the VIP booths. It was hard to get a girl's attention as guys will grab them to get dances and some would be gone for 30 min to an hour. on the way to the bathroom, I inspected one of the dance rooms; it had some sort of bench in the middle and a chair; the room had a camera too. so, not sure much happens in there... there were no AA girl that night, only white and latinas. the talent was average in my view, I would rank most girls in the 5-7 range. but they were also no overweight girl, most were on the skinny side with natural bodies. I was interested in a young white girl but after she finished a dance, she freshened up and directly went to another dude who took her on a dance. I thought I would explore the place again on day shift to see if the vibe is more chill but overall this is not my type of place. I also didn't understand the pricing for dances as they had 2 sets of prices depending of whether you would pay the girl upfront to the club or only pay for the room and take care of the girl in the room. before I commit to a girl, I like to have a bit of interaction, tip a few dollar bills while my hands roam around a bit, ect... felt that the pace was too fast here I was visiting for one night and had seen enough after an hour and decided to leave. this place does not sell alcohol and, as I said, the pricing for dances is so complex with many different offers. so, i didn't remember them but felt overall that they were overpriced from what I am used to ($10 to $20 for a regular dance).

Was in the area for a few days to do some hiking and stopped in on a Sunday about 9pm. It’s a low building right on route 299. Easy to find w/ plenty of free parking. $25 cover included 2 drinks, with bottled beer among the options. I asked for $20 in singles and they gave me fake dollars usable only at the club, Bartender said they can be exchanged for real cash if I didn’t use them all. I got a heinekin and settled in to watch the show. Girls dance on a narrow stage in a smallish room. Black snd blue lights make it kind of hard to see them well. 5 or 6 girls working. All were young, pretty, good dancers. Clothed for 1st song, topless for second song. They come around the room after dancing, but no hard sell for private rooms. First girl I talked to was Piper. Black spinner, mid 20s, very pretty face and great body. Enjoyed talking to her but she wasnt very touchy or seductive, so I passed on a dance. Second girl was Alice. White spinner, also mid 20s, also very pretty and great body. She was touchier and flirtier so I took her back for a 20 minute dance. Dance prices are confusing. The good thing is there are cards that say what everything costs, but there are 2 sets of prices depending on whether tip is included (paid to the house) or not (paid to the girl) — and you dont get to choose which you do. (I think this is basically a way for the house to take most of the tip for the girl’s first dance of the night.) Annoying system. Basically a fully nude 20 min dance with plenty of contact costs about $200 — 100 fee + 100 tip, whoever you pay it to. Once the payment was settled , the dance with Alice was great and I left fully satisfied.

Visited the blue moon on a bachelor party trip, so this review might be skewed in terms of favorability because we were having a blast that night. The place itself is a little, quaint building off a main road. We paid a $20 cover to enter. Inside, it's one long stage with multiple poles. It's lit up blue inside, hence the name. Right away, I was struck by how tame it seemed. The music was soft. You buy tokens to get dances, which were $20 when we were there. There were several women working. All of them seemed to be rail thin and dancing to pay for college. They were pretty and friendly but kept everything very G-rated in terms of dance moves and lap dances. I got one dance from a pretty blonde, which was as mild as it gets. Our groom spent a long time getting dances but also said it was very, very tame. Overall, the vibe was chill and fun. It felt like a neighborhood place.

I stopped in on my drive home around midnight on Sunday out of pure boredom and curiosity since it’s been about a year since I’ve been in. This is the first strip club I’ve ever been to a couple years back. Plenty of parking in a lot outside of the club. It does not share parking with any other business. You have to be buzzed in and once inside, there’s a cover charge at the counter. It was $25. You get 2 drink tickets but since it’s a full nude club, no alcohol is served. I usually get a water. When I went with friends in the past, we were offered non-alcoholic beer and vodka which they probably still serve. I didn’t ask this time because what’s the point of that? The bar counter is also tiny and not ideal to sit and hang around at. The entire club is lit up with blue lights. There are some comfy love seats and chairs in front of the stage. Most guys sit in the second and third rows and don’t tip on stage. They just watch and wait for girls to approach to solicit a dance. I’ll sit in the front row and tip if I like the girl. When sitting on the love seats, it’s almost a guarantee that a girl will eventually ask if they can sit down next to you. If you oblige, some pleasant chatting before they ask you for a dance. All dancers start their set with skimpy lingerie, bikini, etc. and it slowly comes off over the course of their dance. Most girls end up fully nude about halfway through. I notice they usually do a couple of songs each. The stage is very close to the front seating so you can respectfully stuff bills into the girls underwear when they come near or toss them on stage. They always seem very appreciative as tipping here is more personal and the girls are actually working for it. Anybody familiar with North NJ clubs knows some girls don’t even hit the stage and just walk around to collect singles like they’re trick-or-treating. Most dancers here are regulars and range from average to fairly attractive. Most are younger and on the slimmer side. Mostly white girls, but I’ve seen a couple very cute black girls as well on occasion. I saw a thick Latina dance here last year but not sure if she’s still there. Probably long gone. Thicker girls don’t seem to be the norm here but keep in mind I’ve only visited this spot about 5 times total. That may have been an anomaly lol All girls speak English fluently as well. A variety of music is played since the dancer chooses her songs. I’ve heard many genres played including newer rap songs, reggaeton (once from the Latina), emo, independent rap artists, classic rock, etc. I didn’t get a dance this time around but I’m pretty sure I paid about $35 in the past which gets you around 5 minutes and access to a private room. That does not include the dancers tip!! Each dancer is different. I’ve had one girl say that I can tip whatever I want, all others say that their minimum tip is $30-40. Most will get fully nude and allow hands to roam anywhere except their orifices. Lots of grinding and teasing. It’s important to note that there are cameras in every room and there are no extras to be had here. You can decide for yourself if a 5 minute lap dance is worth $60+. I say not really…Maybe once in a Blue Moon.

Visited on a Sunday night at 11pm, was thinking it might be quiet but the parking lot was pretty full and there were plenty of girls working and about a dozen customers. Went inside and was charged the $25 cover which included a soda. There are some package deals which might be a better bet if you're planning to get a dance. It was hard to see much of the dancers on stage. I was eager to get going home, wasn't planning to spend much time here. Now I had these two dances I didn't want to throw away. No dancers were coming around to get friendly. Up to you to get who you want from the quick, dark, stage appearances. My first dance I settled on a taller, thin AA. She was friendly with the dance. Despite no tipping she asked for $20 if I wanted her bottoms off. I agreed and it was worth it. With cameras in the room and good lighting I didn't try anything more than some tit massage. Extra $20 if you want to suck her nipples, I declined. My second 10 min dance was with Mollie. She looked hot and fit on stage (and she was) but I thought she was a young college girl. Talking to her in the dance she has been around and probably in her 30s. She said she has some dancing background and does put a lot on energy into her performance. Unfortunately that translate into a sweaty, clammy body that was not so fun to touch. She at least was good conversation, body was very shapely. Not so much with any sensuous activity. The girls are good looking here. I doubt any extras happen here but maybe you can find some fun with the right girl. I'm not coming back to find out though.

Very nice vibe, this was pre-pandemic. I tip big for regular dancers and the girls were very appreciative. I really wanted a private dance but none if the girls were really my private dancer material. But to each their own. It was a Friday night so I expected their A team and was a little disappointed but maybe my expectations were too high for kind of a sleepy club in a college town. Prices were fine for all nude club. Will go back, soon. Haven’t been to a club since Covid and since this is close to me, I’ll otobabably make this one my re-entry.

I went here a few days ago after not having gone in years. The club was small with chairs right in front of the stage. Entry is 25 and you get drinks tickets that you can trade for a lapdance. My wife and I got to the club about 1030 on 4/20 and stuck around for until midnight. $25 dollars to get in with two (non-alcoholic) drinks. There are other entry packages available, they have them posted on their website. It wasn’t particularly busy, but there were always some other guys in club. The Club: It sits on a 55 mph stretch of road about a mile off the Thruway in New Paltz, about 20 minutes from Poughkeepsie. Not much around it, and the outside isn’t pretty, but it’s got a decent sized parking lot. You walk in, pay at the counter inside the door, and then into the club. It’s a narrow rectangle, small, and it’s very blue. Stage runs the length of the longer wall, there’s a pole, and a suspended ring. While it isn’t deep it gives the dancers good room to move around. Parts of the club are pretty janky, like the bathroom, but the club part is actually really nice. A ton of lighting, decent sound, and some cool art on the wall. It reminds me of what a 20 year old’s dream stoner basement would look like, in a good way. Typical strip club chairs along the stage, with couches and love seats away from the stage. The Dancers: About 10 dancers, halfish were white, the rest were AA and Latina, not completely sure, it was dark and I was high. Almost entirely young, slender, and natural. A few girls with some tattoos and some with none that I remember. Overall, imo, the line-up was quite hot and all good dancers. Each danced for 2 songs, typically going nude on the second. It was pretty slow, with not a ton of tipping but all the dancers put on good routines through the night and brought at least some energy. As others have said, didn’t see a ton of crowd work. The Music: Typical hip hop and rap. Asked the DJ if he had anyone that would dance to some rock. Got System of a Down and Metallica mixed in, which was welcomed. Private Dances: Sorry, didn’t get any, so I don’t have the details. But they do run managers specials for time and half, and have specials running (again, on their website). Drinks: All non-alcoholic and we didn’t buy any in addition to the two that came with entry. Random: They give you fake dollars, 1 to 1 for cash. Being a small club it didn’t bother me. TL/DR Weird little club with an interesting aesthetic. Some parts could use a serious makeover, but it makes up for that with a nice club area and hot, talented dancers.

I haven't been to Blue Moon in over a year and decided to swing by to see if it could bea good night. Well it wasn't. Place: The Moon is located on Route 299 which is a straight shot into New Paltz. The main highway I-87 is nearby or if you are coming from Poughkeepsie you can take the Mid-Hudson bridge and then 9W North. It's lit up in Blue obviously so it's not hard to miss when driving down the road. On the weekend this place can get busy but the parking lot is easy enough to navigate. The door is locked to get in so someone always has to open it for you. The have a small VIP type stage by the register, and also a small bar area. Then as you go further in is the stage to your left and then scattered throughout are the VIP areas. Price: It's $25 bucks to enter and they give you two drink tickets. Apparently they now serve alcohol here as I didn't use the ticket but it shows a list of things you can get and alcohol was included. That usually means the girls don't go full nude. But I did see one chick drop her bottoms for a bit on stage. I didn't get any lap dances but it's all done in private. They have price menus scattered around the seating area - 5 min/$25, 10 min/$45, 20 min/$100, 30 min/$135, 45 min/$165 all of this also includes tax. There is no dollar parade to speak of for better or worse. They give you funny money in exchange for singles. Never understand that part of this place but it seems to be their thing. People: Okay so this is where the club kind of sucked for me anyways. Lots of good looking girls were working. Talent is a definite step up looks wise from Smiles. BUT...these girls do not work the floor at all. I did see some girls sitting with guys but they seemed to be regulars. Which I get but there was at least 10 girls working and the crowd wasn't packed by 130A and I waited, waited, and waited for someone to strike up some conversation with me and none was had. I can't really tell you what girls were which because again none introduced themselves or paid me any attention. They all just walk back and forth when they come out from the lockerroom and then sit with each other in a corner and bullshit or stare off into the abyss on the floor. I guess if you wanted a dance you had to go to the cashier and request a girl you liked on stage. Because that is what I saw most guys doing. After the club emptied out a group of guys came in looking like they left a bachelor party and some dude was throwing stacks of 100's all over the place so I saw that as my time to exit. If I want to be ignored by chicks I can just go to a regular bar. Definitely a disappointment.
