Fun, weird, and eclectic little club

My wife and I got to the club about 1030 on 4/20 and stuck around for until midnight. $25 dollars to get in with two (non-alcoholic) drinks. There are other entry packages available, they have them posted on their website. It wasn’t particularly busy, but there were always some other guys in club.

The Club:

It sits on a 55 mph stretch of road about a mile off the Thruway in New Paltz, about 20 minutes from Poughkeepsie. Not much around it, and the outside isn’t pretty, but it’s got a decent sized parking lot. You walk in, pay at the counter inside the door, and then into the club. It’s a narrow rectangle, small, and it’s very blue. Stage runs the length of the longer wall, there’s a pole, and a suspended ring. While it isn’t deep it gives the dancers good room to move around. Parts of the club are pretty janky, like the bathroom, but the club part is actually really nice. A ton of lighting, decent sound, and some cool art on the wall. It reminds me of what a 20 year old’s dream stoner basement would look like, in a good way. Typical strip club chairs along the stage, with couches and love seats away from the stage.
