Interesting older club located in the middle of a shopping plaza (some might call it a "strip mall"). Club is nothing much to look at, small, older place. No cover when I went in at about 6pm, but sign said 5 cover after 7pm. Grabbed a quick beer ($6) and took a look around. Appeared to be about 6 girls working, mostly african american, or mixed. One girl on stage. Was quickly approached by Laurie, an older (40s) white women with huge fake tits). She told me it was "my lucky night", and offered to take me in the back and relieve all my stress. There is a 1 time $10 charge for the VIP area that gets you a wrist band, and 20/song dance charge. the VIP is a maze of couches and dividers with curtains in the front of them. Not super private, but not bad either. Did one dance, then was asked if I was ready for the stress reliever. again the charge was 20/song, and that she expected a good tip. All in all, a good dance, open to touching anywhere and a BBBJ that did relieve my stress. All in, $80.

I like this club and regularly visit during the day time. No charge for parking, cover charge at night but you can print coupon. DRinks are reasonable, like happy hours from Noon till 3 and 7 to 9, $3 for beer. Girls are ok, I had sveral young favorites here. I am sucker for Petite, blondes and brunettes. I like girls with tits and ass that I can grab. Years ago I had passionate dances from Chelsea, Andrea and Hypnotic. Hypnotic was a hustler and always went extra miles for me. Great kisser, nice 34 B boobs and she gave me the best CBJ. Hypnotic got fired and haven't been satidfied other girls until I met Lexi. I was at the club on November 5th, I ordered my beer and Lexi was sitting with another guy next to me. She just shifted towards me and started rubbing my junk and we just started kissing. Treasure, a mid twenties black woman, was very nice. No extras offered, but I didn't ask either. Amazing body on her, though, also seems like a fun time. I also took Lori, an older white woman with huge fake tits in back. I don't know if she provides either, but I get the feeling that if you ask, she would. I didn't spend too much time there, but there weren't many dancers or customers there, so I hopped out soon. Not a bad place to blow into from time to time. There was definitely more customers there than women working, so I wonder if that's the norm here, at least during days. As far as drinks go, I felt the glasses were too small and had too much ice, but the price was decent, especially compared to other clubs. I believe I paid $4.50 for a Sprite.

I have been here a few times, had a few good times, and keep checking back every once in a while. The club is in a 1960's era strip mall on the NE corner of Telegraph road and I-96. If you go past it Telegraph has plenty of turnarounds to use. Don't go into the hoods behind this club. Some of the worst parts of Detroit are very close by. They always seem to have an outdoor doorman at night in front of the club so the parking lot is at least safe feeling. There was a $5 cover. A long bar extends the length of the left side of the room. There is a strange low room divider, then tables and then a stage on the right side of the room. Bathrooms are in the back and the lap dance booths are on your left as you enter. Drinks are reasonably priced. One of the bartenders was the hottest chick there. There were a few OK dancers and some not so OK ones. There was one nice tight black girl who I was tempted to check out but she was wearing too much perfume, so I declined her invitation. A decent white chick who I wanted to check out was engaged with another customer so I headed out with no dances after my drink. An inexpensive visit at least.

I am from bklyn ny and work for benz out here in MI. my office is down the street from this club. I have been in the club both at lunch and a few late nights never a dull time and a huge vairety of sexy women. from super fit to those who like the thick curvy ladies. young to old and ill super friendly and not pushy. My brother owns a pop ny club and the first thing i liked about this place compared to my brothers spot was if your at the bar and really not into the whole strip scene that night the girls dont try to push you into buying them drinks etc (dont be cheap buy these ladies a drink) and it feels like a bar not a club. as far as the dances go and find out if your looking for a lap dance you will find one or whatever you may have in mind. lol def a great place and i will never bring anyone from benz corp their i dont want share this place. Well it was around 5 or 6 pm during my visit. A beer was $7! I guess happy hour (?) is still between 7pm and 9pm. Oh now it cost $10 to go to the VIP (good for the entire time you're in the bar). I had dances with a regular and someone I hadn't seen before. The "new" gave a pretty good dance but no extras (her hand were roaming though). My regular who I've known for quite a while game a somewhat tame dance. She acts alot wilder at the bar. Maybe I'll give it another four month break befor I return. There was an older dancer with a kicking body I'd like to try out!

I get to Detroit every couple of months and I made a late night run on a couple of clubs. La Chambre was my second stop, this is my second time to drop by this club on a Tuesday only to find that they have stopped doing the $10 dances on Tuesday. Again a very poor ratio of dancers to customers and most not getting dances. I did get a dance but it was a waste of time. I also noticed that at Club Venus and La Chambre a couple of the customers brought there own dates?

I stopped here Tuesday night. The parking was free without any valets but did not feel safe and was next door to a hip hop dance club. Big sign mentioning a 2 drink minimum. The place inside was rowdy and loud. I saw more waitress working than dancers. They have a $5 cover at night except Sunday. They also have a free printable admission pass on their Stripclublist.com web page right now. The drink I ordered was $5. I heard Tuesday is their 2 for $20 dance special night but I was approached by no dancer nor saw any attractive enough. This place is small inside and felt cramped. I doubt I will ever return here again considering there are so many good clubs in Detroit area.

I was visiting Detroit for a couple of days back in April and thought I would check out La Chambre based on many favorable reviews on this site and stripclublist.com. The club is weirdly located in a strip mall at the northeast corner of the Telegraph Rd/I-96 intersection. The stage runs along one side of the room, the bar along the other, and a row of seats with tables facing the stage down the middle. During my 2-hour visit, from about 3 to 5 on a Tuesday afternoon, I saw 9-10 dancers, mostly white but with a couple of black girls and one Asian. After I had checked out the entire lineup, I chose the Asian chick, a mature Thai with large fake tits, for some fun in the private dance area. Supposedly dances cost 2-for-$20 on Tuesday afternoon, but Asia demanded $20 per dance. She was worth it. My impression of La Chambre after one visit is that it is a friendly, low-key neighborhood bar with topless dancers who seem very eager to please. I would return if (Heaven forbid) I found myself in Detroit again.

Havent been to the club in a while, so i decided to stop by. Club looks the same, its nice inside, one thing i notice was, now you have to get a $10 wrist band to get private dances. i was there early so not many girls around 1230, more girls were coming in around 1pm. i did find 2 or 3 hot looking dancers. one carried lube under her huge chest, forgot her name but she wasnt afraid to use the lube during the private dance. I would return but maybe a little later when more dancers are working.

The Blockist returned for his annual Motown visit, and naturally stopped for "lunch" at The Room. It seems that some of the intimacy/privacy of the VIP room has diminished with the removal of the curtain, but the same staff seems ready to serve up the same menu. Had a great chicken sandwich (the kitchen is really pretty good for bar fare) and a refresher course in VIP protocol, which provided few surprises but that old familiar feeling... It's nice to find a such welcome to out-of-towners in what has always seemed to be a neighborhood bar with extras.

WEnt back for anoteher visit. Bar looks pretty much the same weith the exception of the VIP area. It now had a open area. I know the newer Detroit regulations probably had something to do with that. I'll report on the VIP later in teh revew. I had such a great time that I was hoping for a repeat. Too often, that doesn't happen. And while it didn't happen this time, I still ahd a good time. As I've said before, I like to sit and watch and wait to be approached. I sat on the right sid eof the main stage. I had a pretty good vew of most of the bar. Mix seemed to be 50-50 in ethnicity. I didn't see anybody that I recognzied, but that is not surprising as I do not get ther very often. Still, most all dancers were attractive. I was hoping to see Rachel Rockets, but she wasn't there. Those bballs are not my thing, but they are a sight to behold. And I am very interested in expanding my experiences, so I'd love a dance with her at some time. After spending a while there (enjoyable), I was ready for a VIP experrince and was not dissappointed when an african-american dancer w/ the body type I like came around at the right time. We went to teh VIP Now, the VIP is technically no longer a VIP area. I was told it is a place that it is an extention of the regular bar (that explains the 'opening') but seemed to be used for lap dances while I was there. There were a couple "booths" that had curtains but were not closed off -the curtains ended a foot or so off the ground -but it did make things a bit more private. I was albe to get my dance in one of those curtaind off areas and enjoyed myself. I don't recall teh name of the dancer. I really enjoyed myself, but the dance seemed to be a bit more mechanical than the best I had. No GFE this tiem, unfortuantely. I still enjoyed myself and will likely return when the opportunity occurs.
