I had called before going and was told that the cover charge is $10 if you enter before 7pm and then onwards it is 15. They also told on phone that it is happy hour between 6pm to 8pm.

I would recommend this place, but one needs to be very very very careful about drinking too much. The police are all over Bratton Lane and they are looking to pull people over. No better yet, get a cab!
