Most people would put visiting strip clubs in the category of a luxury not a necessity. Inflation has been higher than average wage increases for five years now, causing people to cut back on luxuries. Unfortunately, I think this will continue.

I’m betting they got a pretty good amount for the land to build a parking structure. Parking around Allegiant is horrible and that was prime real estate

I was there around 3 years ago......there weren't any floor dances being offered, and the first level of dances were maybe $150 + drink? Of course you buy the dancer a drink to be polite, and tip off. That's not a strong model for volume sales.

As Pogo said, "we have met the enemy and he is us." Based on my very limited experience in Vegas, I think that Vegas clubs are over priced and under performing, especially on the mileage and extras dimension. They may have wrought what they sowed.
