California Voting laws - all legal, no fraud

I found this panel discussion to be quite timely given our 250 celebration is just a few weeks away, and the Dems are doing all they can to crap all over it.

The All In Podcast cast had a great panel discussion of how the voting process in CA is designed to "appoint" leadership not "elect." Rational people see the CA Voting System as totally fraudulent, nothing Democratic about it. However, it was created through their statutes by the super-majority Dem Gov and Legislature so technically it is legal and designed to destroy Democracy.

Skip ahead to 1:11 in this YouTube, and you'll see what I mean. It really is a process designed to "appoint" not "elect" to maintain power & control for the Dems, it is a model that went national ramming speed in 2020: youtube.com

CA has done a masterful job at destroying the Representative Republic the US Constitution created using Democracy for voting with Ben Franklin's fear could be easily lost. And it is happening.

@mogul1985 You've got zero reviews outside of flyover territory. How much time have you actually spent in California?

@MrSuntan Well, just as a visitor and for business work. I'd would live in that state, nor would I move back to NY were I came from. CA is a financial disaster headed for a hard wall.

You mean to tell me that a city where about 18% of the electorate are registered Republicans, and over 52% are registered Dems didn't have a Republican candidate finish in the top 2? IMPOSSIBLE!! MAGA doesn't understand how unhinged they sound to those not in the cult.

🔺 '👍 for this topic mogul, ✓ I can only basic say the democrats don't wanna have to fight the republicans when issues & conflicts come up, so they want it simple for themselves to push them out, Cali is crankin' up more republicans for voting, the cost of living & taxes is sky high at Cali, companies don't even wanna pay the new min wage laws. Cali is struggling geographically, environmentally politically, financially, & the wild fires is crazy there rather natural burning or arsen. Who likes Gov Newsome? He is really big on "appointing officials" Republicans should be appointed as well. unless you are diverse, your state will lose a lot residents to other states.

So many are missing the point. So many get caught up in this two party divide. The focus should be on our common humanity. Too many people have give up their responsibility to think and observe. The fundamental question is how does circumstance improve my life instead of how can I screw the other guy. Having a selfish crook or set of crooks running things is not in your best interest. Take the time to back away from rhetoric (sp) designed to arouse your emotion to the point of not looking at the obvious evidence or lack there-of, and dig deeper for truth. This is much too hard for lazy people. That's the tragedy.

I too want reasonable people elected that are not intentionally trying to create AmeriKa as they want it.

My post was about how CA has over time (slowly warming the water on the frogs) legally made "Appointing" and not "Electing" the voting process today. This is how gov'ts are taken over by political machines. I'll give the Dems a lot of credit for what they have done. I despise Dem voters in CA what they have created.

If the Devil were to walk on Earth, it wouldn't have a pointed tail, horns, be red with claws - it would be like the girl next door who would just slip in unnoticed.

This was from the All In YouTube. Statistically, these results never would have happened if CA used GA, TX or other reasonable ballot processing. I do think the Dems didn't care if Hilton made the Nov Ballot as the heavy Dem majority in CA will not elect a Republican for Gov.

In the recent All-In episode discussing California's elections, LA mayor primary, Friedberg highlighted ballot processing differences over processing time as 3 different loads of ballot-types were tabulated:

Election Day in-person voting: Spencer Pratt ~35%, Karen Bass ~29%, Nithya Raman ~26%

Mail-in ballots received before Election Day: Bass ~38%, Pratt ~28%, Raman ~20%.

Ballots arriving/processed after Election Day: Raman ~37%, Bass ~35%, Pratt ~19% - Pratt's share dropped significantly.

The California election laws are very obviously designed to permit fraud, and the recent primary results prove that it works to allow the cheaters to win. It's identical to Game Theory or the Prisoners' Dilemma. The greatest danger to our nation, is if the dems are able to take this model to a majority of electoral states and then national general elections.

Here's the paradox: The way CA laws are designed, it isn't fraud. To others outside of CA. we see it as legal fraud. (Rough paraphrase) "In a world of insane people, the sane person will seem insane." Star Trek, Mr Spock - 1967 @TheOne&Only

CA can be Rump Rangers all they want. Problem is what they do in CA spreads like s STD to other states.

If you live in CA, then you have a clearer view. If you don't, it's not the same thing. I live in CA.

@oscarlomax A clearer view how stacked it is to the Left? At some point, 10 years (?) the lack of 1%'ers will drive CA into bankruptcy, and unless the Left controls legislative and executive branches, a bailout will be come with extreme hooks if any bailout. Bailing out a self-inflicted disaster has to come with consequences.

Demographic changes within the state of California has made it pretty much impossible for Republicans to control the governorship or state legislature. The remaining conservative Whites are moving to more Republican states. For example, a recent Bank of America study found that the Indianapolis metro area, where I live, had the fastest increase in population in the country two quarters in a row in 2025. Indiana is a red state with low taxes and low levels of government regulations on businesses. Formerly known for its annual 500 mile race, it is now becoming a majority biotechnology center.
