Good news but now all we need is for Chud The Builder to be convicted and put away and all will be right in the land.

Who is Chud the Builder?

@BASP chud the builders case isnt even remotely comparable to karmelo anthony- its hilarious how pro BLM or pro black folx bring up these ridiculous comparisons… Chud was actually attacked by the black man, viciously. Karmelo wasnt even pushed by Metcalf. He was half pushed by Metcalf and it was in a tent that anthony wasnt supposed to be in to begin with. If youre in a place your not supposed to be at, force can actually be used to remove you, whether thats a school or a restaurant or bar club or anywhere else.

The two cases arent remotely comparable. Chud was justified in using force, whereas karmelo absolutely wasnt

There were people on here arguing for anthonys innocence- claiming he “felt threatened” by the white boy metcalf.. and other nonsense.. and those same people supporting anthony, unsurprisingly literally attempted to justify a black guy shooting at teenagers for a ding dong ditch prank while they were running away

Anthony brought a knife to a high school track meet and was the tent area of another team. He created the situation and then escalated it. The not all-white jury got it right.

@ThePuddyTat The only way possible to be objective is to see the evidence that the jury saw. Not every reported detail about that case has been accurate. Self defense has both disqualifiers and triggers which are difficult to ascertain without seeing the actual evidence. One thing that worked against Anthony was he used provoking language ("Touch me and see what happens to you.") which can nullify a claim of self defense. The other thing that worked against him is proportionality. Stabbing someone in the chest for merely shoving you is way out of proportion to the threat.

One thing that worked for him is that there were two men present against one. Also, the one factor I was looking for was if there was an avenue of escape or departure. If there was none and he was cornered, I suspect Anthony would have had a better legal case.

@BASP saying “touch me and see what happens” isnt illegal or in any way threatening. Its more of a warning for someone else to not try getting physical.

What worked against anthony was that metcalf didnt even push him, the witnesses said he barely pushed him.

The other thing is, if youre at a location you arent allowed or supposed to be at, and youre asked to leave and you refuse to leave, people actually can use reasonable force, the minimum amount of force needed to physically remove you from that location. That includes a school, a restaurant, or anywhere else you arent allowed to be/barred from being. Just because schools are public property doesnt mean anybody can enter them for any reason and refuse to leave when asked. Also, you dont need to be a police officer to ask someone to leave the school property or to even use a reasonable amount of force to remove them.

So, since karmelo wasnt supposed to be in the tent, people in the tent were allowed to remove him since he refused to leave.

He wasnt going to that tent just to get some cover from the rain- thats a completely false story his supporters made up. If he was just in that tent temporarily because it was raining, all he had to do was inform anyone in the tent and they would have gladly let him take cover in the tent while it was raining.

This case was far less justified than the michael drejka case. At least in that case, it was an old man who got shoved on his ass on concrete, and then the black dude was running up towards him about to deliver another beating along with his girl, then he saw the gun, took a step back and got shot. The fact that so many people supporting karmelo anthony, didnt back and dont back michael drejka, is the clearest evidence you can get that his supporters are supporting him purely because of his race and metcalfs race.

And of course theres also white racists who always back the white guy in any scenario, but theyre much less common than the pro black racists, in fact theres pro-black white people, but almost no pro-white black people. Most people in the modern world arent going to be objective about this stuff, especially not liberals or anyone part of any of the racial protest groups.

^the knife issue has been brought up but i think it wouldn’t be illegal to bring the knife to the track meet, he could argue he had a knife on him for self defense purposes or emergencies, it might be against school rules but not necessarily illegal or even showing bad intent

But what confirms his poor intent was intentionally entering a tent that wasnt his team or schools, and then talking trash to random people in that tent. Ive seen reddit and pro BLM people claim he was in the wrong tent to “take cover from the rain” which was obviously not true.

And some people are hilariously arguing that because a public school is public property, that karmelo had the right to be there, and thats not the case at all. Some also argue that only police officers had the right to remove him from the tent, which is also untrue.

And comparisons are made about how rittenhouse was on private property and “had no right to be there and have a gun” while the owner of that dealership literally invited kyle to be there and specifically for the purpose of protecting the dealership from vandalists
