Just because someone says they do something doesn’t mean they do something.
Dancers feel safe inside the club. You need to make them feel safe to meet you outside of the club. Also, I always try to find something fun to do. Go to dinner at a nice place, go have drinks where they have live music. Make it a date.
If you are asking them to cream pie right before their shift, I'm not sure that request is gonna do either of those two things.

OTC doesnt equal creampie.
Also theyre not going to see black men or even some latino men OTC.
But if youre castrated or have a microdick you should let them know and show them. That will make them feel safer
It sucks. Other guys get to see their atfs in hotels or at their place. Then they pm me about it. Me. Club only.
Did you ask them what theyre paying for the OTC. They might be paying higher rates. Maybe theyve known them a lot longer and are long time customers
The younger the dancer, the better the chance in my experience. Why? Because they are less paranoid about safety than older ones, and younger ones tend to have lower income, more pressing financial needs (her doggies need medical car, and car air conditioner/heater went out), and less financially responsible behavior. Also, younger ones are more likely to be socialized into thinking a sugar baby arrangement is a huge win for her so suggest that angle. Just pick one with whom you have a good rapport established and meet up at a Starbucks or some other non-creepy, public place.
It could be that those guys are talking out of their asses, too.
And let's look at it this way: How many women want to be late for work because they have to waste time cleaning off pearl necklaces and hair gel?
