This is a juicy one and it's playing out right here in LA.
Craig who owns The Body Shop in WeHo just got sued by his best friend Mike who owns Bare Elegance. The main thing is a bait and switch. Galam says he paid Franze to take over two other clubs but Franze just kept the clubs and the cash. There's a bunch of other stuff about sex trafficking claims, booze and drug and poker games.
Franze says it's all false and an extortion attempt and claims Galam really the one who owes him money.
