Much bigger risk you are supporting human trafficking, when the sex worker is an immigrant motivated by poverty, and you can't communicate easily with her.

AMP is more of a sure thing, as Mamasan/Emo will ensure you are happy. Bouncers at strip clubs give 0 Fs if you're happy with Lexie.

AMP girls CAN be possessive/jealous. And, the girls likely talk among themselves vs strippers, as they spend more time together.

Unless in a timed LD/VIP room, strippers have more autonomy how much time to spend with you. AMP time is closely monitored and adhered to, both because Mamasan/Emo monitors time and because the girls often have stacked/back-to-back appointments.

Money spent can me more or less between them, but given X number of hours in a club, you will spend less than if you spent the same number of hours in an AMP.

The trafficking aspect is largely a political and sensationalized concept to get the attention of pearl clutchers, and as a means to justify shutting down parlors. To the extent, though, that there IS forced participation of the providers, though, the guilty should be severely punished. While a gray area, owing money to someone is a bit less in severity than merely forcing participation to gain financial benefit to the facilitators.

I wonder why more attention is paid to potential trafficking than to pimping of strippers and escorts. Perhaps it's because it's an easier task to go after spa girls and operators than to track down pimps.

I tried AMPs but found here in Indianapolis the women working in them tend be quite old and not very sexually appealing. I tend to avoid illegal activities and found just the massage itself was not very enjoyable. With their limited grasp of English, you often can't converse with the women during the massage. Girls in strip clubs are younger and prettier. The big drawback there is the excessively loud music. The background music in AMPs is better because it is softer and more relaxing. Even better is music in coffee shops. It is usually some type of indie rock not played overly loud.
