A: Technically the “club” (Spearmint Rhino Companies Worldwide, Inc.) is a business that has to follow the laws. However, each club location is independently owned, operated and licensed.

In my humble opinion and limited experience, the dancers are “independent contractors” and they decided if they want to “allow” touching first, and they know how to do it without getting in trouble with the management.

And of course you have to remember that "Your mileage may vary" (YMMV).

In my experience, touching is normal, but it does usually depend on the girl what she allows or not. But I do admit I have not been back to SRCOI in a few years now.
