^that just means you stick to sugaring or offering paid dates or OTC. These laws are silly, since they arent outlawing paid dates or marriage or sugaring or any other loophole terms

Raleigh has a reputation for being ultra strict in the clubs but I've done alright there. Didn't hear enough about the laws being a problem then to worry about them. But things change. Back in the day you'd be surprised how many people seemed to know how the Providence "loophole" worked inside and out...I just did the ol in n' out until some news story said they finally fixed the law. Then I waited for TUSCL to say things were back to normal but I still haven't gotten back there.
