I want to try this one out but Sunday’s the only day that works for me, would you recommend going in around 4 pm or 8 pm? $10 cover is a not a biggie if the experience is significantly better.

I recommend 6:30 PM to 7;00 PM, because you will see both the day and night shift on your visit. If you are going this Sunday, then perhaps go in a little earlier due to the Superbowl starting around 6:30 PM. Enjoy your free day!
