Whenever I see that a strip club has “renovated”, I hope that’s code meaning they’ve recruited some young, highly attractive dancers. That’s rarely the case.
Anyway, the venerable Lou Turks in Philly is reported to have renovated and to be re-branding as The Carousel. inquirer.com Looking forward to the first post-rebrand monger’s field report!

In the early 80's LT's had a reputation for anything goes and was eventually shut down for lewd activity/prostitution. Now it is just lame. I've been a couple times in the last year and have not had a good experience. Hopefully the rebranding/change will be for the better.
