There is a small semi local club that I am beginning to frequent. Lots of girls for such a small club and very enjoyable private dances.
There mens room, however, is tiny and I do mean tiny; 3’x5’ maybe 4’x6’ there is a wall urinal with a broken sit down toilet inches away right next to it in that bathroom. There are no partitions or walls within. For some reason the club chooses to have a bathroom trolley on duty. He keeps the door wide open when he is there and literally stands a couple feet behind you when you’re urinating and faces you. Every time I go in lately when I go to begin urinating I kind of look back expecting this stranger to back off and stand outside the bathroom and not watch so intently.
Ive said something to their mgr and he’s just kind of shrugged his shoulders!
I’ve decided in the future I’m just gonna go outside the club and piss near my parking spot.
Anyone have any thoughts on these menaces? I honestly don’t understand the need for them within any club but especially such a small club with such a tiny bathroom. I would like to hear other’s opinions.

Item#99 on stupid things club management does to annoy rather than enhance customer experience. Your case is about at the outer edge of absurdity.
I don't directly know, but surmise the trolls work for tips only and are not paid by the club. So it's no skin off the club' nose - they get a free bathroom attendant who (ideally) cleans it occasionally, provides basic toiletries, and can fix or advise of issues. Plus they do provide a valet-type service for cologne, mints, and condoms that some PLs might appreciate.
I've heard that some clubs have trolls in the men's room to prevent drug use but I also know of clubs where the troll is the drug seller.
I'm guessing a tiny shithole bathroom is a prime spot for drugs.
If you pee in the parking lot you risk being arrested for public urination.
I always thought they had to pay the club to work there just like the dancers so the club was getting extra money to have one. Other than that I would think the club would have to know this only makes people not want to come.

Yeah, @IRMan, that does sound a bit on the creepy side, especially in such a small bathroom. In larger clubs with larger bathrooms, I don't think it's so bad.
There was one bathroom troll at Sheiks in Minneapolis. Nice guy, good worker. One time I was getting ready to use the toilet, but someone had smeared their shit all over the seat -- this, in one of the classiest clubs in Minneapolis. The troll didn't complain, didn't say a word; he just went in there and cleaned it. I tipped the guy ten bucks for doing that. (Back in the '90s, ten bucks probably meant a bit more than it does today.)
They are so unnecessary.
The clubs should just hire janitors/a cleaning staff. Most of the trolls just sit on their ass talking on their phone not doing anything, and then expect a tip. Pointless.
customers do drugs in the bathrooms - trolls must be put in the bathrooms to stop the use of drugs. The real story is here, once a troll is assigned the bathroom, he tends to become the hub of the drug, condoms for sale or other activity for extra cash.
hey, you sit in a bathroom for 6-7 hours a day and smell shit all day and you will look for extra money as well.

Actually there’s a spot in NJ like that too. Maybe in Edison. Good club with hit girls but bummer bathroom situation
