I will be in Tampa for a week in December and was looking for club recommendations. The only club I have been to is Odyssey 2001 and was wondering which other ones are worth my time/money?

Depends on what you want. 2001 was good scenery last visit but it is a tiny club. lot's of GPS. Go elsewhere if you are looking for something different.
Apologies, I typically stick to clubs that have the beauties and I do not have a specific type of girl. 2001 had gorgeous girls but definitely had a lot of GPS. I would like to check out another club that is known for gorgeous girls but also possibly a club or two where you can have more fun. I don't speak Spanish but my buddy I will be with does. Don't really have a set budget but I'd prefer to stay under $1000-1500/night. Are there any clubs that play rock music? That would def be a huge plus for me.

How about submitting a review of your 2001 visit with good descriptions of dancer shift profile, prices, mileage, etc.
Deja Vu is mostly white girls and plays rock music.
You should probably note your priorities when u ask a question like this; extras, budget, sheer beauty(s), atmosphere, body types etc. And since it’s Tampa, you should say whether u are fluent in spanish
