Any recommendations for a hotel while visiting the Pompano Triangle (diamond dolls, booby trap, and cheetahs)? Ideal place will be near the clubs, safe, clean and good value. Thanks in advance!
Pompano -where to stay

Jump to latestI'd suggest the Marriott North Fort Lauderdale Hotel. Stayed there many times. Decent rates, especially on Hotwire. Maybe 10 minutes from the clubs.
There are probably 5 Marriott locals in the area and I prefer local because it's close to the coconut creek casino where I play cards and eat.
Near the clubs is not safe. Just stay in Boca or Las Olas. There are a couple on the Pompano shore that are safe but not worth it.
For clean safe lodging as such I can support by experience the prior recommendation for Marriott North Ft. Lauderdale, and in general the major brand properties clustered around that Exit 33 off I-95 area or else those on the Beach town proper. The "Pompano Triangle" clubs are on business roads around and between a residential suburb and an industrial/commercial zone, away from the "nicer" properties.
I always stay at Hilton brand places closer to the beach. I'm too invested in their rewards program now! Not the cheapest, but they come with a free breakfast, and are usually not in the hood. Hampton Inn is the entry level with them. There a couple that are about 10-15 drive to the triangle. Also, they are nice enough that if you get some takeout, the girls won't be creeped out, but not too nice that they think you're some rich rube they can overcharge.

I’ve done this a few times and used both Airbnb and hotel close to the beach. Airbnb are usually a little more convenient (park and walk in) than hotel (park, walk in, wait for elevator, ride elevator, walk some more). If I go again it will be Airbnb - usually more spacious, more relaxing and quiet in a mostly residential area. Again the beach is a bonus.
