How do you guys go about finding what girls are down for that without seeming desperate and what do you think is a good amount and how should I start to ask them

Repeated a few times with girls and got to be a regular, well known around the club. Girls would offer me their phone numbers. I would ask with a text. That way, it was private. I have about a 70 percent success rate.
I just show up a few times, spend well on her and let the convo flow. It comes up naturally with me. I'm not scared to be seen a "desperate" if a woman takes my interest for granted that makes it easier to stop considering her for OTC.
Look good, dress well, be confident, smell good, smile, flirt, talk to everyone including staff, did I say smile? That way every girl in the joint will notice you. Being a regular helps a lot. Also spending money and getting dances. Girls will automatically give you their number or insta.

My advice, see her a couple of times, spend decent money on her, so she knows you're safe, not too creepy, and have $ to spend. Ask her "would you seem me outside the club?" Make it personal like that, not "do you offer OTC?" or similar, put it personal to you.
Just get a hooker. More affordable.
Let go of not seeming desperate, you're asking to pay for sex, it is what it is. Just ask if she does "extracurriculars" or if she "offers anything else outside of here" and if she isn't immediately receptive just drop it. Also, please don't ask this while sitting at the bar, unless you're certain no one else can hear, I hate when guys do that. How much completely depends on the girl and what kind of club she's working in. But odds are once you ask the questions I said to she is gonna say no or quote you her price and then you either accept or haggle.
