Yeah just safe to assume those are not real. I have seen a couple spots a few times use to the real dancers. I didn't know there were lawsuits. I just assumed they paid the models for the pictures.
It’s even more weird when it’s been pictures of women who are not even part of the club demographics. Like the promo shot has a Y2K era ideal when most of the customers are Hispanic and like extra ass. Though I think Instagram helped a lot with lessening that stuff.
I’ve seen both - Club Risqué in Philly used an actual dancer, Kassandra, for their billboards for a while. She was gorgeous.
I’ve seen a lot of ads who used uncredited porn stars I recognized in there ads suggesting that’s what you’ll see at the club.
It figures some are using A.I. . It’s to a point now that A.I. generated women aren’t uncanny, they’re just look too incredibly perfect to be real.
I noticed the websites of the larger more upscale clubs may have a disclaimer stating that the dancers pictured are models and do not work at the club. You'll have to scroll through their website to the end for the disclaimer.
For example, the website for Tootsies Cabaret in Miami has a "Gallery" section with numerous photos of gorgeous women inside the club. Scroll through to end and there is the disclaimer, "All photos are stock photos, posed by model."
I do know that about 3 or 4 years ago Treasure Club in Greensboro started only using current dancers on their Instagram. It’s not a complete lineup of every girl working that day but they are active dancers. They take lots of pics at club and also girls send in their own to post.
So I went to a club today because my being in the club area (not often) matched the rare appearance of a dancer who I’ve seen on the club’s IG and whose personal page linked from there has her looking quite attractive. When she finally took the stage, I left before she finished. They say “Never meet your heroes”, the new version is “Girls in the club don’t look their IG version”

last commentA lot of clubs are using AI in their promo shots now. So I'd rather have the actual women not the uncanny valley ones 😂

There have been numerous law suits filed by professional models over this.

Even nicespice doesn’t have a real photo of herself. Mine is the best photo I have of myself. I keep it real.

I blame only fans and Instagram for siphoning off the really pretty girls from the clubs.
some of the clubs I've been to do use their Hot dancers for their billboards and flyers and shit.
