Limo is most private (for the obvious reasons), but bungalow and executive are camera free. 😉Everything else is standard dances monitored with cameras.
In my experience, yes, the limo is the only place for extras.
My guess is that if someone gets caught hiding the banana in the limo, it would be considered off-premises and wouldn't risk the club's liquor license. Lack of a liquor license would be death of the club. So, wink and a nod from management, and girls know where they can get the most buck for the bang.
I don't have first hand experience, but a girl at Porthole is from NC. She works there when she goes back to visit family. She's told me she like Porthole better because customers can give her more since they don't have to pay for the limo, and how she hates when customers try to fuck her in the other rooms. She didn't explicitly say that she does fuck on the limo ride, but she's more than willing to do so at Porthole so one can only assume.
Take that for what it is, second or third hand from a part time dancer. I've not known her to misrepresent or exaggerate in our dealings.
