Are You Ready For Some Football?

Well it's not Monday night and this game is on NBC and off the top of my head I don't know what their NFL slogan is but who cares about that. What does matter is tonight in about 30 minutes the 2025 NFL season kicks off, Cowboys at Eagles! Earlier I was thinking of hitting a strip club tonight but then I remembered the game is on and the morons in the club I was thinking of hitting don't even know how to change the channels on the TV's. and from past experience I know they won't have the game tuned in so home is where I've parked my ass.

Hoping for a good game tonight and an exciting season.

It's not like it was a team endorsed plan, it was one stupid player. I'm sure he's already caught hell over it from the coach/players and the final punishment/fine/suspension from the nfl is right around the corner.

The Eagles will make the playoffs, as long as Landon Dickinson goes on the IL, Jalen Carter stays onsides (pre snap) and Jalen Hurts remains healthy. On the other hand, why is CeeDee Lamb well paid? He looked like Javon Baker (in the second half) last night.

Was working out of town all day so i didn't catch any day games but Sunday Night Football was a helluva game! Ravens had that game sewed up, Jackson was his usual slippery magician and Henry was having a monster game running the ball until he fumbled near the end and the Bills pulled it out at the end. Amazing! Ravens looked like a SuperBowl favorite until they didn't. It aint over till it's over!

MNF game just ended with somewhat a reverse of last night's game but a similar ending. Bears had control of the game until the Vikings came back and scored 3 tds in the 4th quarter and won.

Near the end announcer Troy Aikman says something like 'the NFL is back to putting America on the edge of it's seat again'. I liked that comment. I had no skin in either night game but they both had exiting finishes, it's looking like it could be an exciting competitive season.
