Any place claiming to be the new Follies will be a cheap grab to make money from nostalgia and another club's hard-won reputation.
Ain't gonna happen. I know the guy behind it. He was a bouncer from Follies that has tried making a go of it at 3 other clubs since then. The building housing Rain is only 3440 sq ft on 1/3 acre. It's ghetto.
