I know this is the tuscl and not the thel, but I learned about Tryst on another post and just wondering if anybody has any experience with it.
I've never been with an escort, a large reason is simply the fear that it will be a police bust - but aren't there legit ways around that?
What if I book a session with an escort with the real intention of keeping our clothes on for the first time? True it could be costly if it's really just paying to spend time together, but no way either of us could get in trouble for that, right?
Could this mean she could be trusted for the future? Could it assure me she's not a cop and future sessions would be safe?
And for that matter, what if I pay for just vanilla time together and then she ends up letting me touch her or something when there was never an agreement of anything beyond getting together? If something then happens that wasn't planned, couldn't that be okay since that's not what I was paying for?
I know there must be legal loopholes or everybody would do that, right?
Has anybody had any Tryst experiences that ended up getting you in legal trouble?

An Escort, if she is genuine, will never discuss specific services for a price with a potential customer. If you find one that does that, your cop radar should go off and you should stop contacting her. A true escort is more worried about you being a cop.

Never tried Tryst but Gordon recommended some reliable sites. Last time I joined P411, they required 2 escort references for you to join. If that's still the case, a first timer would not be able to join that site.

In order to properly convict you of solicitation of prostitution, you can't be explicitly offered sex for money. An undercover policewoman has to stick to saying things like "what do you want to do" or "what kind of party are you looking for". You can ask her what she's willing to do, without suggesting any possibilities. But that will generally make her very suspicious that it's you who are the cop. Wouldn't surprise me if there are police departments that will entrap you, and try to get you to take a plea. Much better chance of avoiding disappointment if she has multiple real, positive reviews on TER. Be suspicious of the reality of reviews where she is the only escort the reviewer ever reviewed. If you are a paid TER member, you can see the full review, with the naughty acts detailed. With an escort with positive reviews, near 100% chance she will do straight sex and oral with a condom. 80% chance she will do oral without a condom.

First, a cop intent on making a bust can and will lie under oath, so those old legends of them having to say or not say certain things are just so much poo.
Your best bet is to peruse your local forums and look for experiences with established and well reviewed providers.

I did escorts for a while, read the reviews, not that hard to see who is legit. For some reason the girls like to move around a lot so google their number and see if they show up in other cities. If you are nervous grab their boobs upon arrival, cops won't let them and never show or talk money. Its all about references, if you leave reviews you will be verifiable and get thru to girls. Harder if you are a newby. Biggest advice is if it looks to good to be true it is probably not true. Also if the girl gets a better offer, such as a regular she will ghost you, so don't get upset, it happens.

Saw several dozen escorts over the years (although not recently), never was arrested. One escort told me she was arrested in Georgia, but it was for not having an entertainers license.

One year when the SuperBowl was in San Diego, it attracted a lot of well regarded traveling escort agency girls. I was able to arrange an appointment with a well reviewed hottie and was looking forward to the visit.
Day of the meeting, I drive down to the hotel and reach out to the girl and there was no answer. I tried a couple of times before giving up and calling the agency. The agency reached out to her numerous times and called me back later saying they had no luck reaching her.
It turns out she was caught in a vice sting by her appointment before me.
I always stuck to well reviewed girls that had a review history from reviewers that also had a long history. I had no problems myself.
