Escort questions

I know this is the tuscl and not the thel, but I learned about Tryst on another post and just wondering if anybody has any experience with it.

I've never been with an escort, a large reason is simply the fear that it will be a police bust - but aren't there legit ways around that?

What if I book a session with an escort with the real intention of keeping our clothes on for the first time? True it could be costly if it's really just paying to spend time together, but no way either of us could get in trouble for that, right?

Could this mean she could be trusted for the future? Could it assure me she's not a cop and future sessions would be safe?

And for that matter, what if I pay for just vanilla time together and then she ends up letting me touch her or something when there was never an agreement of anything beyond getting together? If something then happens that wasn't planned, couldn't that be okay since that's not what I was paying for?

I know there must be legal loopholes or everybody would do that, right?

Has anybody had any Tryst experiences that ended up getting you in legal trouble?

Really curious about all this.
