Regional differences between clubs

What are some of the regional differences between clubs in regards to how dances are done, private rooms, and other areas?
I am in the Midwest, and have only been to clubs in this region. For me, a dance is pretty much always $25-$30, done in a semi private area with booths, and I have to prepay for them. And I think because of this setup, I've never received an air dance.
From what I've read, it sounds like in other places there are a lot more table dances and they seem cheaper, but the quality seems all over the place.
Also, private rooms always seem to be around $350 a half hour and again are prepaid at a counter where you wait in a vip area for the room to be made ready for you. From reading, it sounds like in other places the rooms are more variable and that some dancers seem to charge more than others at the same club. So if I'm somewhere like Atlanta, Miami, Detroit, or Vegas what could I expect around private rooms?

Southern New England: In Massachusetts and R.I. the going rate is $30 a song and $150/15 minutes. Notably, the two busiest clubs in the region have dances priced at $25 (Desire) and $20 (Boardroom) respectively. A few clubs charge more (e.g. Millennium and Caddy), but they are kind of crappy clubs in other ways so they are best ignored. I believe that Hartford CT has similar price structures. Many clubs have you pay the staff prior to a dance or room, however, if you pay the dancer directly, you always do so after the dance.
With the sole exception of Centerfolds in downtown Boston there are no air dances anywhere in either state that I'm aware of. In MA clubs fully nude on stage and fully nude lap dances are the standard. In RI, topless is more common on stage but full nudity is legal and occasional. Additionally, some RI clubs only do fully nude in a timed room, whereas I believe all MA clubs are fully nude for dances. A few MA clubs have one way contact dances, but most are two way with heavy grinds. As always, individual dancers may have stricture limits.
Quebec: the going rate is $20/song, but $10 a song is not unheard of (e.g. Cleopatras). 15 minutes if often $75. In Montreal clubs you customarily tip the bouncer who brings you to a seat and you usually have to pay for access to the lap dance area each time you take a girl back. This is less common in the clubs in the suburbs of Montreal or near the US boarder. Stage shows are fully nude, but do not run constantly like in a US club. Generally speaking, dances in the city of Montreal will be topless two way contact, and dances outside the city of Montreal will be nude full contact. Note that Quebec is larger than Texas, and my overview really only covers Montreal and the handful of clubs to the south.
Portland, OR: Extremely expensive individual dances (even $40/song and 3/100 is a bit harder to find), but timed rooms can be more inline with the rest of the country. Portland has a tremendous number of strip clubs, and the high prices and market saturation result in fewer dances being sold per dancer. As a result, more dancers seem to combine stripping with other work. This can lead to great conversations with the dancers. Cover is generally very low or even free, and water is free. Air dance clubs are rare, but many are one way contact. A TUSCL membership will help you identify which clubs are two way contact w/ good grinds. Same payment structure: pay ahead if there is a pay station, but pay after if you are paying the dancer. DO NOT BUY DANCES AT Mary's, but it is an ok place to drink.
Denver, CO: Smoking is allowed in some clubs. 3/100 is the norm for most clubs, but some are more. The cuban places can be a bit lower. With the exception of PTs, stage shows are topless. Nude dances can be purchased in the topless clubs, but will likely be more than 3/100. One thing I've noticed in Denver is that the strippers tend to be hotter than the civilian population. I don't find this to be the case in most cities.
NJ/PA: Tip walks are common where you tip $1-$3 per dancer after their set even if you aren't sitting at the stage. They may or may not grind on you after your tip. The standard dance is $20, but it can be higher. In NJ, American dancers are uncommon: they are mostly Latina immigrants or Eastern European. In NJ, if the club serves alcohol, the dancers will be fully clothed. If the club is BYOB they can get naked. In the more rural parts of PA, pricing is all over the place. Some PA clubs are BYOB, but I don't know why. Also, some PA clubs that sell booze allow smoking.
