Bar Fines at Cascadas

learn this about Tijuana Mexico. inconsistency is consistent... sometimes they get you and sometimes they don't. luck of the draw. I always in pretty much finished in a 1 hour session anyway so IF they come and knock on the door we're getting dressed. I've only done 1 hour bucket thing Once. very unusual for me.

and as to off the clock girls... if they are Hong Kong or tropical girls it can still be applied. personally I feel that management and the owners have gotten greedy. but again the rule is not always applied, and it's only been the last couple of years that they've been doing this shit.

Pure greed. I book downtown hotels for TLNs. Not only do I get excellent, unhurried, top service with someone who I genuinely like being with, but it is in a room that is quiet and comfortable. And she likes it too. All hits. No misses. No leche left in the base.

@putatester - thanks and makes sense. The dragon takes its pound of flesh since he serves up these chicas, I guess. I'd have to have a girl lined up before I go in that case. Need more experience to pull that off.

@Aboutown, I may have already shared my tips with you via DM, but so that the next PL sees them when he find this thread:

It is $110 every hour and comes with a bucket of beer/drinks. You can alternatively pay an exit fee of $330 and they won't bother you all night.

This is the gist of it. However,

* Up until about a year ago, as @putatester experienced, Cas and Rizo would charge a whopping $300 bar fine to have an Off the Clock chica in your room. This is no longer the case. In the past year I have brought OTC chicas to my room at Rizo several times without any fines. Wingman @Zbott has done the same at Cas. So this is the biggest workaround. When I meet a chica I like at HK, I always ask ¿A qué hora terminarás de trabajo esta noche? / What time do you finish work tonight?, so that I can strategize on whether I might convince her to meet me after she clocks out. YMMV with this approach, chicas work an 8 hour shift and most just want to go home when done.

* You won't pay a bar fine for a street girl or a girl from another club. I had a chica from D&G in my room for a long time recently, no fines required. BT is one exception, since it's owned by HK, it's the same as having a HK chica in terms of bar fines. Chicago is another exception - girls there are straight up prohibited from going to Rizo or Cas.

* I've also had lucky tipping/bribing the hotel manager while buying a single bucket to get the time extended without paying the full price for 3 hours.

* I've also been able to sneak past the hotel manager when he's sleeping - no bar fine at all! YMMV. Like @Jascoi says, they are consistently inconsistent.

In January, I arrange to meet a girl for a drink at Azul Bar that’s inside Cascadas. The staff did come over and ask her name. But once they confirmed she wasn’t working, we had no restrictions. We had a couple drinks and then headed up to my room for well over an hour of fun.

Great input guys. There are strategies to avoid/minimize bar fines. Thanks. Hopefully, this will help other folks here too.

One thing I didn't mention here. The is one sure fire way to avoid bar fines entirely - keep your arribas under an hour.

You can still long time a chica with a combination of fichas, privados, or VIPs, this will often be cheaper than 2-3 hour arribas once you include the bar fine.

I agree👆🏻That’s exactly what I like doing, and still having the same Fun with the least out-of-pocket ( Plus, the main big factor for me is, having a solid variety in chicas instead of being stuck and committed to just one girl TLN )👍🏻
