Certainly. paved Westside parking and South of the building proper. Dirt to the east with broken bottles but at least it's in the shade in the afternoon.

Parking lot looked decently lit up over the dirt. When I went late at night the street was empty and Jerry’s nugget across usually has 2 security guards

I'm pretty sure you can get away with parking at Jerry's too as long as you at least go into the casino for a bit before you leave and cross the street. The same should also apply for going to Palomino
