It looks like it's an Adult Superstore for Lingerie, Toys and Oils and stuff in Crown Point, IN:

The economy is way too bad for another strip club to open in the Chicago area. The dancers say that the market is saturated and the discretionary income is non-existent with the price of everything on the rise.
