Passing through Madison and while I did not have time to enter, I drove by the Geisha House and checked it out for possible future visits.
Previous comments had noted it shared a parking lot with a children's daycare/preschool. That place appears to no longer be in business as the signage was removed from the awnings.
The building is off a frontage road which runs parallel to what seems to be a pretty major road (151). There is a privacy fence - much taller than what is on Google Street View currently, which is marked as being from 2019 - around their portion of the lot, though, so for passers-by, your vehicle would not be visible except for a few seconds when coming from the northeast.
That all said - the building exterior sure seems aged and run down. Maybe the inside is nicer - you guys would have to confirm - but it seems so out in the open that I struggle to understand how it is not constantly busted by Madison law enforcement.
Since it's Madison and Madison AFAIK is fairly liberal, I'll say that the community is very tolerant. Also, I heard talent sucks, so it's considered non-threatening.
