Intel on Ten's Cabaret, Staten Island?

I could not find a listing for Ten's Cabaret on Staten Island. There is a “closed” listing for MVP Cabaret and Sports Club at the same address. Don’t know if it’s a simple rename/reopen or more of a complete revamp.

And their website was updated recently enough to note they were closed for Mothers Day this month.
