The state of debates in America today

That video was from 2014 - 10 years ago! Before BLM began burning down cities across America. Before ANTIFA became one of the most dangerous and prevalent domestic terror organizations. Before DEI, the crazy tranny bullshit, the 16-whatever project, before all of this, collegiate debate was so poor that was somehow a championship debate?! Was it limited exclusively to black students? How did the professors and faculty sponsors feel about that performance, and how did what they say in private differ from the opinions they gave in public?

The acceptance of that sort of performance is how we got Biden, Brandon in Chicago, Adams in NYC, Mosby in Baltimore and others. The bar has to be raised. Voters must be taught to demand more.
