Are you implying that he hasn't been disseminating pro-Russian propaganda, or that he should not be imprisoned for such activities?
I'm curious, how is pro-Russian propaganda different from pro-US propaganda, or pro-Ukrainian propaganda, or pro-Chinese propaganda, or pro-Mexican propaganda? Can you precisely define propaganda? I find that people who accuse others of promoting propaganda are often the biggest consumers of it themselves.
