Is that honestly true, that the clubs are still busy in the Tampa area?
Obviously stage dancing will be appealing to anyone with at least of streak of exhibitionism. Since she didn't ask that her face and potentially identifying information be left out of the article, she's trying to promote herself. Therefore, full honesty unlikely.
I only had one fav for whom stripper really seemed to be a dream job. She said her parents were well off, and not at all happy about her choice of occupation.
I know a stripper that has been in the business 20+ years. She told me that she doesn't care what her now 21 yo daughter does as long as it is not stripping. Escorting is Ok with her. I've never seen it but I do know the daughter has an Onlyfans account and mom approves.
I hate whenever I see shit like this with mom and daughter doing this. I'm sorry but if u stripped a while u should either have enough investment, education, or a man that provides so that the kid doesn't dance. Like what the f!?
I have met numerous strippers who told me that their mom's were strippers also. I don't think that is unusual. Must be something in the DNA. In fact, isn't that how the Griffin girls got started? Storm was the mother of two and aunt of two of the Griffin girls?
Sex workers are targeted with a lot of contempt, which I think is the main negative of the occupation. It's a contempt that's driven by counterproductive aspects of human nature. Strippers who have reasonably happy lives get it that the contempt they get is pathetic and not about them. I could see it that they wouldn't see their daughters becoming strippers as the end of the world. Good parents accept it that their kid might not have the aptitude or desire to be a computer programmer or dental hygienist or whatever. Everybody makes trade-offs in picking their occupation. I don't think most strippers, even if they sleep in their car rather than hotels, make enough to pay their kids' way through 4-year college, or stake them in a small business. So that makes it more likely their daughters would see stripping as the best option.
I imagine only the daughters of relatively successful, and therefore, probably good looking mom/strippers would follow in her footsteps, especially if she has her mom’s attractive traits. Probably both mom and daughter are a bit exhibitionist and slutty. So, bottom line, I’m in favor of and getting a boner at the thought.
I've had a mother introduce me to her daughter, encouraging me to get dances with the "new girl". It was only after being told a few weeks later by another dancer that she was the older dancer's daughter, thay I realized the relationship. Upon reflection, though, they did look and act very similarly, though.
It's perhaps like many other career choices. Children of miners become miners, children of doctors become doctors, etc.
People follow what they know and have been exposed to.
Getting exposed seems to often be a big factor. One of my favs took a job as a bookkeeper at a strip club, and quickly realized she could do much better working for the club in a different way. And of course started-as-a-waitress is highly common. Another of my favs had a friend, who inexplicably had a lot of discretionary income. Seems pretty common that women consider the possibility of becoming a stripper about as much as the possibility of becoming a vampire. Until some exposure, by chance.
I hear nicespice has blackout curtains, and soil from Central Texas, in the back seat of her car, and never works the day shift. Just throwing that in, since I know how much everyone enjoys my fixation with nicespice.
