Check Cheetah Hallendale for dance-room antics. I'm 100% not promising you you'll find what you're asking for, but they don't have rooms there so girls tend to be creative in the lap dance area.
I'm sure you can find someone willing to do less in a room. But, probably not at a lower price than the CBJ rate.
