Hey all,
I'm going to be in Detroit in a few weeks, flying in on a Sunday. My week is pretty packed with work and I fly in early enough on Sunday (6ish) that I can pretty much go wherever. I wanted to see what you all would rate the best Sunday evening club (if there is such a thing). Extras or no extras, open to either, just overall need a short-list of places you've had a good time on a Sunday.

Do you know what area you are staying in?
If you're staying near the airport, the clubs go in this order from the airport to further out:
Landing Strip
Flight Club
BTs
There are lower tier clubs in the area too but personally I stick to those 3.
It's the daily Detroit question. We've been on a roll this week.
@shailynn - downtown near the river, but don't mind an Uber back to airport area after I get checked in, clubs that way sound worth it.
What Shai said... But, if you're downtown.. I would go FC then BT's. TLS would be a bit far.
After you land hit the landing strip/fc/bogarts/silver cricket & bt’s all in that order on your way to the hotel. You’ll hit on something worthwhile.
@htxx so you just give them your suitcase at coat check? Just never had to do that before, but seems fine if it's normal.
To better word my question, will any of them try to upcharge my coat check fee if it's a suit case
Legends is in downtown. No extras though. Otherwise Flight Club or Landing Strip
If you don't have a rental car, go checkin first. Then take uber.
Although I'd be surprised if FC and LD wouldn't take care of your suitcase. I'm sure it happens
I always have a rental car, if you’re not using one check in then do the list I posted in reverse
I hear the Playground Strip Club is the place to be for action!
I ended up going with FC for the Sunday night. And I later found out that BTs had an absolute blowout banger the same night, so I'm sad I missed that but FC was a great experience. I went to BTs the same week on Wednesday and it was pretty slow but I had a nice time. I'll post a review later.
Glad you had a good time. One of my best nights ever in Detroit was coincidentally on a Sunday night, at the Coliseum.
All the sw suburbs clubs have no Sunday dayshift, except BTs. Landing strip is pretty good Sunday night.
