I’ve been to that club a good # of times over the last 6 or 7 years – the club had been shut-down for ~2-years circa 2010 b/c of the over-the-top mileage – it was allowed to reopen circa 2012 but was not allowed to have private VIP-rooms which remains the case till this day.

The club always felt a bit raunchy to me but not necessarily dangerous/hood/ghetto; more like a raunchy college-bar – although post-Covid there started being more reviews about the club being “rough around the edges” – I always considered the club as upper-midtier perhaps entry-level-upscale; ran/managed fairly professionally; and with a decent # of staff.

Not the first SoFlo SC I would assume a murder would take place; but I’m not completely shocked either and it's very sad that a person lost their life – I guess it’s a sign-of-the-times and the dangerous-levels of violent-crime we’ve had nationwide over the last two years.

This makes me sad. This is by far my favorite SC in SoFlo. Now that follies is closed, this might be my fave club in the United States. With shit like this happening, it’s just a matter of time before that party ends . Ughhh..

I haven't been a fan of this place since it re-opened. It's gotten worse and worse at night as time has passed, to the point where this doesn't surprise me much. I was never a big fan as I'd have to pass by a bunch of other better clubs to get there, but last time I stopped in it sucked.

This is not going to help that club to continue operating.

It’s sad that a man was killed.

Sadly, strip club parking lots are best used for parking cars, and not lingering. There is a minimal chance of anything good happening by lingering after hours in a strip club.

Going to this club at night is pointless now. Unless you look like some mafioso with a huge gold chain hanging from your neck you won’t get any attention. Some of the new girls they have are also more cut throat and ask for ridiculous $50 lappers. This also might be the second shooting at this location if I’m correct. This place is going down fast but the club made a decision during Covid to promote this element to make $$$$ during the pandemic. Before the pandemic, this place had a similar party feel like you would find at Tootsies but at a smaller scale. Now this place feels more like a Gangsters Paradise

I have only been here a few times, and I don't think I've been there since 2017, but I've heard often since covid that this club isn't comfortable because of the thug element, that seems to have taken over.

I hate to see this. Cheetah Hallandale has been my “go to” day shift club. I have not been here at night, and now I’m thinking I’m OK with heading home from any club long before closing time.

I scarified my time for you guys yesterday. I am happy to report that the dayshift is still awesome. I just submitted my Review if you want to Approve it. I think the problems with the club all happen at night. Different crowd then.

A buddy and I went here after midnight last fall and stayed past 3a. All we lost was a little DNA. Sounds like we were lucky to escape!
