Appears to be Club Truth. Plenty of folks film in various clubs, either with permission or discretely - it's not really surprising.

Could have been a concealed camera. The PL rapping on stage makes me suspect it was a private event. With a few dancers, who perhaps consented to being videoed.

Only good part was "Anthony, move you're head" when the one guy was blocking the camera maybe 2 or so minutes in.

I assume they had permission and/or paid the club to be able to do that - there are rappers that will film videos at strip clubs as a promotional thing and I assume that is handled as a business transaction with management/ownership

There aome interesting videos of guys walking around Tijuana and Asian RLDs with hidden video cameras. It's mostly boring with interesting moments. In Asia, its hard to tell if a chick is pretty because they take mask wearing seriously.

The lady in green who didn't go on stage looked pretty fine. She was pretty much in the background though only. May have been a waitress.

It's Truth. Formerly Silver Rain (originally Scores). It was obviously a private event. That club is a constant party. A lot of the clubs here will allow their space to be rented for music videos and such and reach out to select dancers to hang out and get paid to be in the project being filmed.
